Tip one: Have you recently made lasagna and don't have a clue what do with the leftover noodles? I do!
Cut them into skinny strips and turn it into regular pasta!
Tip two: Few day old leftovers a little dry? Pour peperoncini juice (or olive juice if you don't like spice) over the food before you reheat. It has the same effect as using chicken stock, but IMO a lot tastier!!
